Refund policy
BATTERY PURCHASES
Due to the consumable nature of batteries, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available for batteries. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about product compatibility.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will handle each case individually to resolve the issue. Please report any damages within 48 hours of receiving your order for faster resolution.
DEFECTIVE BATTERIES (DEAD ON ARRIVAL - DOA)
If a battery is defective upon delivery (DOA), please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. The following conditions apply for returns:
- Batch/serial numbers must match our records.
- The battery must be unused with no visible signs of wear.
- All original packaging must be included.
To request a return for DOA batteries, contact us at info@involt.ca. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once the batteries are verified as DOA, a replacement will be sent at no cost. DOA returns are not accepted after 5 days.
FINAL SALES
All purchases are final. This means that all sales are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. We encourage customers to carefully review all product specifications before completing their purchase. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR OTHER PRODUCTS
Returns or exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged products. Non-defective or non-damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All purchases, including orders shipped to the European Union, are final and not eligible for refunds or returns under any conditions.
REFUNDS (FOR APPROVED EXCEPTIONS ONLY)
For any approved cases of replacements due to damage or defects, we will notify you once we’ve inspected your item. Refunds will only be issued if explicitly agreed upon in writing for unique circumstances. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
