Shipping policy


ORDER FULFILLMENT

We strive to prepare and ship all orders within one business day of receiving confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. For larger orders, please allow an additional business day for preparation.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Canada)

Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your delivery method and location selection. We offer shipping through the following providers:

  • Poste Canada
  • Purolator
  • UPS

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

We can accommodate shipping to the United States; however, customers must contact us directly to arrange a shipping method that best suits their needs.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We primarily ship within Canada but can accommodate international shipping for large-volume orders upon request. For shipping outside of Canada, please contact us to discuss options and arrange a shipping method that best suits your needs.

Important Note: Import duties, taxes, and other applicable fees may be charged once the package reaches its destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at with your name and order number for assistance.
